What does your software selection process involve?

We go through a discovery process which allows us to understand your requirements, motivations, and expectations.  We will document at whatever level is appropriate – sometimes requiring a full GAP analysis.  Other times, a site visit or two, and then pick two of the top solution alternatives based on those requirements.  Finally, we liaise with the software vendors and review their proposals to ask questions based on our experience / on your behalf and can even arrange for tailored software demonstrations on the features you need.
